James Good born 1814 possibly 1816

DownHillsborough (Down)

James Good immigrated to Canada prior to 1839 as married in Canada to Eleanor Bull.He built the first steam engine in Canada at his Good Foundry in Toronto 1853. I am looking for information on his family in Ireland. I believe he was born in Dublin.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

www.irishgenealogy.ie is a free Irish government site which has Dublin city records. I searched for a baptismal record for James Good but did not find a good record.
