McFadden looking for any information on grandmother in my fathers side

Hello, thank you for allowing me to join. I am new to all this so don’t have much info so far, but willing to take any advice that will help me in my search. Father was born Charles McFadden 14/11/27, he had a brother called Phil, their mother was called Mary Curran/ McFadden(married name). My father lived with his aunt on a farm in Gweedore, where he was raised until he left for the UK for work. I am in search of any information on my late grandmother who passed before I was born. I only have her name which is Mary Curran. I am also looking for Paddy/Patrick McGarvey whose mother was Rosie McGarvey(sadly passed in the 90s)

Vicky:

I located a marriage record on irishgenealogy.ie which may be of interest. Charles McFadden married Mary Curran July 3 1918. Witnesses were Philip McFadden and Ellen Curran who were likely siblings of the bride and groom. The father of Charles was Patrick McFadden who was deceased. No father listed for Mary Curran. We have access to online birth records through 1924. I located three children of this couple who lived in Carrick or Carrickmagarvey.

Patrick born November 30 1918

Rose born February 25 1920

John born January 26 1924.

There were other McFadden/Curran marriages but do these names look familiar?

My mother, Julia (Sheila) McFadden was born in Casey or Purt, Dunfanaghy in 1939 and she had an older brother named Charlie. Her other brothers were James, Michael and Dinny (Dennis). Their parents were Michael and Julia. If I recall correctly, Charlie had moved to the UK as a young man.
