I have looked on Ancestry and RootsIreland and have not found a birth record for Peter. Civil records did not start until 1864. Creevy is in Kilbarron Parish which is part of the Raphoe Diocese.
Kilbarron Parish — Reviews 1 School is named Creevy
Raphoe Diocese did not start keeping records until 1876.

I lost my mum last year so i have no way of confirming any details she may know , only of what she had previously told me and some things are not adding up here.
I'm starting to think I have the wrong Bernard Cleary ???
What I know for certain because i now have found Bernards marriage certificate among my mothers stuff and my grandmother's birth certificate
Bernard Cleary married Teresa Dolan 4th May 1909 - witnesses was Joseph Dolan and Margaret Dolan
Parish of Gallen and Reynagh
my grandmother
Teresa Cleary born in Salford 17/04/1918
I have found paper work my cousin did before he passed away and it says Bernard Cleary was born in Tipperary 1877 ?
and that his wife Teresa Dolan was born in Banagher ?
