Scrivens of Ballingeary or County Cork

Cork

I am looking for ancestors on my dad's side of the family, the Scrivens of Ballingeary and greater County Cork. I believe my 3x great grandfather, James Scriven, was born in Ballingeary around 1824 and was the son of James and Ellen (I think her maiden name was Healey). James' son Thomas was an accountant in San Francisco, CA. I tried to find information on Ancestry and ran into Marsha Howe, who offered to connect me to her friend in Ballingeary that is a part of the Scriven line, but was never provided a name or contact information. I've attached a photo of Thomas circa 1908; maybe someone will see a family resemblance?
