Looking for my Grandfather John W Hagan

My name is Debbie, I am originally from Fall River, Bristol County, Massachusetts, but now live in Rhode Island in theUS.

I am looking for information on my grandfatherJohn William Haganborn 31 May 1894 -1896 depending on the record (he is mymother's father) most likely born in Belfast, again depending on the record. So far I've not really been able to narrow him down to a county in Ireland so I amhoping someone will see this who can help me.

John William Hagan said he came here tothe US thru New York, New York, the USAaround 1908-1910. I'll try to make this concise so these are the only records I can find forJohn:

1930 Census-: in Fall River, Bristol Co., MA, USA; birth around 1895, born inIrish Free State, FatherinIrish Free Stateand Mother borninScotland.

After about 1945 or so he left my grandmother in Fall River, Bristol Co., MA, USA(after 16 children) and no one knew where he went or when he died,

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

www.irishgenealogy has copies of civil birth records for free. There are twelve John Hagan registered birth records from 1894-1896 in all of Ireland.   The one that comes closest to your message is a John James Hagan born May 10, 1895 in Belfast.  https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_retur…

I know the midddle name and date of birth are different but this was the closest record.

Let me know what questions you have. By the way, I also looked at the 1891-1893 records but did not see any possibilities.
