Fenton Family

CorkKilmichael (Cork)

I'm looking for information on the Fenton Family, most likely from County Cork. I have an 1823 marriage record from Halifax, Nova Scotia for John Fenton (married Sarah Eacre) that indicates that his father is Batt (Bartholomew) Fenton from what looks like Kilmichael Parish in County Cork. I have found a marriage record for Batholomew Fenton that notes that he married Honora Conner on July 26, 1803, at St. Peter's and Paul's Church in County Cork. Any information related to the Fentons would be appreciated.

Jack,

Attached record for Bartholomew Fenton - Marriage 1799 to Honora Connor and baptism of Bartholomew Fenton on July 24th 1803 with parents as above. Date repeated as "D0" Ditto.

No record found in the Tithe Records for a Bartholomew Fenton in County Cork - 1823 - 1837

Two records found in the Griffith's Valuation records 1851.
