Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie has an 1845 baptismal record for a Margaret Kenny (father John) in the Castletownroche RC records. Also an 1846 baptismal record for Mary in Castletownroche. I could not find a record for Jane.
There is a 1833 baptismal reocrd for a Thomas O'Shea in the Castletownroche RC records.
Not able to locate a record in Castletownroche for Edward O'Shea or Jeremiah Coakley.
