UPDATE 4 April 2016:

Death Certificate for John Sullivan 1852-1915 gave parents' names of John Sullivan and Abigail Kiley. Rootsireland record for these parents gave JS's bday in 1852 with Ballinvarig address. Scouring Catholic registers for Blarney/Whitechurch resulted in about 4 John Sullivans born circa 1826-1832 and 1 Abigail Keily baptised 12 Feb 1830 to Mick Keily and Mary Connell with siblings Tim born 1832 and Pat born 1834.

"Donoughmore and All Around" lists family of Michael O'Sullivan of Dromahane (stones 82-88 on pg 135-136). Book says this family was originally from Knocknasuff. Would love to find out if this Michael was a brother or relative of my GGGF John Sullivan 1852-1915. Henchion indicates living descendents of Michael O'Sullivan including Eamon O'Sullivan of Kilquane, George O'Sullivan of Knocknasuff and Mrs. Brennan of Carrigacleena.

Good news... I have heard from George O'Sullivan of Knocknasuff, the grandson of Michael Sullivan the vintner of Dromahane, marker 83 in Donoughmore and All Around. He has surviving siblings and cousins. He filled in a little color on his family  beyond what Henchion's book tells me.  We still need Michael O'Sullivan's birth record/birth date and place to determine if he was my GGF John Sullivan's brother, but we may get to the bottom of that soon. Thanks as well to HistoricGraves.com for catalogueing the final resting site of Michael O'Sullivan and Bridget O'Flynn's family, which corroborates all found in Henchion's DaAA.
