John Cruickshank and wife Elizabeth (nee McElwaine)

Any help I can find on this couple would be much appreciated John was born about 1804 and died 12 April 1877

I am not sure if they were born in Scotland or Ireland .

I am not sure where / when they were married.

John died 12 April 1877 and Elizabeth before May 1863 

I do not know where they were buried. I do not know where any of their unmarried children are buried. I believe they will all be in the same graveyard. 

I believe Elizabeth has related to the McElwaine family with doctors ( information from letters)and a teacher

John was a blacksmith /farmer in the Townland of Lisball , Baileborough ,Cavan 

They had children James, Lizzie, Ellen ,John (all unmarried) and Jane (Australia) Hugh U.S.A. Mary (Australia) and William (Australia) 

Youngest child John remained in the townland. (Blacksmith) 

Jane had a child  Ann- Jane Cruickshank in 1866 before leaving for Australia.Anne Jane married John James Chambers in 1918 at Trinity Church Baileborough She died in 1944.

Hugh had no grandchildren in the U.S.A. I have information on Jane and William's descendants  in Australia.

I would appreciate any information on this family please?
