Thistle, John James died Nov 1963.

Dear ASuch,

My name is Carmel O'Callaghan & I am administrator for Bailieborough civil parish, I didnt know John James.  When you say you are looking for the funeral record, are you looking for where he is buried or his death cert.  If it is the death certificate write to HSE, Lisdarn Hospital, Cavan.  The funeral director in Bailieborough is Michael Clarke & Son, Main St Bailieborough, if you give them as much information as you can they may be able to assist you.  You can also write to the Church of Ireland, Beagh Glebe, Killinkere, Co. Cavan or to St Ultans Catholic Church in Killinkere, depending on which faith he belonged to & hopefully they will be able to assist you.

Hopefully this will assist you.  Where do you Live?

Best wishes Carmel
