Help with dna results trying to find birth father

Hi I had my dna done by my heritage I'm trying to find my biological father and don't no where or how to start.

You need to review the matches provided by My Heritage and try to contact those individuals and determine whether they are maternal or paternal matches, Then try to work with the paternal matches to see if you can come up with leads.
