Immigration of John McManus family to Maryland, USA

Antrim

I have traced my ancestors back to John Brian McManus 1690-1737 in County Antrim. We are from the Fermanagh McManus clan. I want to find out when he, his wife Elizabeth, and son James came to Maryland in British Colonial America. I believe it was between 1725 and 1736.

John came to Baltimore, MD, around 1711-1712 and married Elizabeth Campbell who was from Boston, Massachusetts. They then went to Ireland where their 2 sons, James and Gulielmus, were born. Sometime after Gulielmus was born in 1725, they came to Maryland. It was before John died in February 1737 in Cecil, MD. I am not sure if Gulielmus died in Ireland or came to America with them, but James was alive and I am descended from him.

If anyone has any advice on how to find out when they immigrated, what ship they came on, etc, I would appreciate it.

Robin,

I found this on Ancestry. Unfortunately, it did not include original passenger's list.

Hi Mary! Yes I did see the info in Ancestry and Family Search. Thank you so much for the Passenger List site! I will definitely check it out.
