frigney:

I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and found an August 10 1852 baptismal record for a Winifred Rigney in the RC parish of Cloughjordan in Co. Tipperary. Parents were John Rigney and Margaret Starr. Winifred has a brother Patrick baptized August 26 1844 and another brother Stephen baptized October 7 1846. Patrick and Stephen were also baptized in Cloughjordan. The family lived in Cloughjordan when Winifred was baptized.

I know the years are earlier than your dates but many times immigrants made themselves older or younger when they came to their new country. If you have additional information, please let us know.
