William Folan / Sabina Conneely

This couple are my great grandparents. Their children were Peter (Ardmore,Galway-,my grandfather) born in 1864, Diarmud (Dermot, Darby) born before Peter probably in 1863 (no record of birth but died in 1873); Patrick born in 1867, Catherine 1869-1887, Martin born in 1872. My grandfather married Barbara Folan of Aillnabrun whose parents were Michael Folan and Mary Donahoe.

I am hoping to find some info on William and Sabina. According to my mother (Anne Folan-1912) William’s father was Diarmud and his mother was Catherine O’Donnell and Sabina’s (Sally, Sheila) parents were Peter Conneely (Connolly) and Sabina (Sheila) Malone. I realize there is probably no early birth or marriage records for Carna but I was hoping to find death records. 

Also, while I have info on my grandmother Barbara’s mother in marriage, census and death records, I don’t have anything on Michael Folan her father .My Mom said that he died when my grandmother was 2 years old (1875) in Pittsburgh, Pa. There is some dispute as to this recollection by my mother. If he didn’t emigrate, then I’d hope to find a death record. Moyrus is the civil Parish.
