where is Dudley

I am hoping you might help me.

Our ancestor William Sullivan  joined the British army in 1803. His discharge says he was from the  parish of Dudley Co Tipperary.

I can only find Mount Dudley near Roscrea. However a page I found on google about the parish of Killoscully says Killoscully lies on the road from Limerick to Dudley. I still could not find it

Can you tell me if there is a Dudley or are all references really to Mount Dudley?

Thanks for any help Brian
