Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

In case you don't have the record, here is the civil marriage record  https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1864/11599/8268786.pdf   which shows that Mary was Mary McLoughlin. The RC records for Clonca parish do not begin until November 1856 so we won't find a baptismal record for Hugh, his mother or siblings.

This may be the 1901 census record for Hugh and Mary  http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Donegal/Ardmalin/Ardmalin/1184137/

Possibly the family in 1911 with Hugh and Mary deceased ?  http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Donegal/Ardmalin/Ardmalin/494389/

Possible death record for Hugh in 1910 (fourth record down) https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1910/05436/4520209.pdf

Too many Mary Doherty records to review. They are available on the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie ;
