Unfortunately very few records are available online at the moment for the various Protestant denominations in Co. Wexford. If your family were Methodist then it's likely at that time that any baptism or marriages would have taken place in the established church i.e. Church of Ireland. I don't see any Presbyterian meeting houses listed for Ballycanew or Kiltrisk.
The Representative Church Body Library, whick looks after records for the Church of Ireland, is working on transcribing parish records so worth keeping an eye out out for any additional releases - parishes available so far are listed on this page.
For Church of Ireland, Ballycanew parish records of baptism, marriage & death/burial are available back to 1733 and are available on Microfilm in the National Archives in Dublin.
Ballycanew was at times was part of the parish Union of Leskinfere, or Clough so also worth checking records for this parish union, the church was located in Clogh which is about halfway between the towns of Gorey and Camolin. Kiltrisk is the name of one of the parishes that was part of this union, the other being Monamolin. Records for Leskinfere go back to 1802 and are also available on microfilm in the National Archives.
A survey of headstones of many graveyards in Co. Wexford was carried out by Brian Cantwell in the 1970s, and he includes several graveyards in these parishes. There's a searchable index with images of this collection on FindMyPast.
Ballycanew - St. Mogue's, Church of Ireland, noted by him as part of the 'Union of Ballycanew, Leskinfere and Monamolin', he does not mention any Warren or Sutton headstones but might be worth checking in case he missed any.. St. Mogue's church & graveyard is located in the center of the town of Ballycanew on the road between south to Wexford town (see attached map extracts)
Leskinfere - St. Luke's, Church of Ireland - no Warren or Sutton headstones. Clogh church & graveyard is located a short distance to the north of the town of Clogh to the north-west of Ballycanew on the road heading south of Gorey towards Camolin.
There are several Warrens mentioned in Cantwell's listing of Christ Church Gorey, but more recent - e.g. George Wellington Warren d 1909 and Josephine D. Warren 1922. The listing for Gorey Old Churchyard also includes several Warren headstones - Mary Warren of Raheen, age 40 died 1855, James Warren died 1896 age 46.
