Twomey or Toomey
My name is Jill E. Twomey Farris. It is tough to find out anything about my ancestors and the Twomey's in the US do not speak to me or know me. I do know that my 2nd grandfather Jeremiah Toomey
Birth 21 DECEMBER 1845 • Tralee, Kerry, Ireland
Death 1911-09-11 • Worcester, Massachusetts, USA
and my third grandfather is Cornelius Twomey
Birth ABT 1821 • Kealogue, Allihies, Cork, Ireland
Death 7 MAY 1903 • Lyre, Cork, Ireland
and 4th grandfather is Michael Twomey
Birth 1802 • Cork, Ireland
Death 1869 • Macroom, Ireland
After that, I have nothing. I do not know if the Twomey's or Toomeys ended there. My father David F. Twomey passed away in 2009, so I can not ask him.
Thanks. Jill
