Good Day
I am a first time traveler to Ireland in July 2025. I would like to travel either via bus or train from Galway to Coolready (County Clare). Please could I get some recommendations on which mode of transport to use, and possibly how to pre book. My trip includes Dublin-Galway-Coolready-Cork City-Dublin. I am coming from South Africa. Thank you
Patrick,
You can get a bus from Galway to Ennis and a local bus to Coolready. If you are meeting relatives you could request that they meet you in the village of Bodyke.
Regards,
Loved this guide from Galway to Coolready—super practical and easy to follow! If you're planning a Portugal cultural tour afterward like me, these tips really help set the right travel mindset. Great read with useful advice, especially for smooth transitions between countries and cultures.
