Hello Ger, I am looking at old queries and searched Roots Ireland for the period 1740 to 1760, we rely on church records and it is rare to find anything in the 1700s so what I found should be taken with the fact there are very few records and not Timothy, there were 21 baptisms in this period, about 18 in Limerick all Catholic except one where the father was a Sergt. .O'Pharrells
There were two in Waterford, Church of Ireland (Anglican) mother was a Wood.
There were 14 deaths all in LImerick I think and 5 marriages, two Waterford and Limerick and one in Kilkenny, a progessional genealgist may do better but even if we find a Timothy are we sure it is your man, the name turns up in other counties too, you can see surname distribution on this site for free but detail is subscription, https://www.johngrenham.com/surnames/
Church records for Dublin; Cork and Kerry are here https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ click on Church icon but no Timothy again, There are fragments of the 1821 census here, and 44 Sexton entries https://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/
Hope that is some assistance
Regards
Pat
