Staying in Waterford March 12-15, hoping for possible meet up

I have finalized travel plans to fly into Cork on March 10. I'll be staying in Midleton March 10-12, and Waterford March 12-15. Researching my paternal 4th great-grandparents Patrick Murphy and Catherine Avery, married in 1791 in Slieverue in Co Kilkenny near Waterford. If anyone knows about this area and lives around here and would like to meet up, I would love that! The dream would be to know where the two of them actually lived!
