There’s more than one place called Drunshanbo/Drumshambo in Ireland. It looks to me as though your family lived in Co. Tyrone, not Co Leitrim. Here’s the birth of one of their children in 1872:

https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/files/civil/birth_returns/births_1872/03240/2187037.pdf

This looks like the family in 1901 (John is dead but his widow is still there).:

John died in 1880:

Probate abstract from the PRONI wills site. The will itself should be in PRONI.

Probate of the Will of Samuel Glenn late of Drumshambo County Tyrone Farmer who died 24 August 1921 at the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast granted at Londonderry to Catherine Sarah Glenn the Widow and Alexander Morrison Effects £492 10s. 10d

Looking at the Valuation Revision records on the PRONI website, Samuel was farming plots 52 & 53 in Drumshanbo Glebe. His name is deleted in 1923 after his death, and the new occupant was Lyttle Black. Looking at the property on a satellite image, it’s still a working farm today, on the modern Flo Rd, near Kildress.

Debbie,

In addition to John and Ann Jane's son Joseph (b.1872) that Elwyn identified above, RootsIreland shows a Rebecca (b.1867).

Per Irishgenealogy (free website), Anne Jane died in 1915, age 93. Her son Samuel was present.
