Currently, www.irishgenealogy.ie has copies of marriage records online up to 1941. Since you have a 1943 marriage, you should contact the General Register Office to get a copy of the 1943 record using the index record you have. https://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx A copy will cost around 4 euros and the record will show the names of the fathers of the bride and groom. Birth records are available online up to 1916 and I assume Sheila was born later than 1916. Possibly you can locate her father.
