Hi all,
My great grandfather emigrated to Australia in 1863. His name was David Roche and he said his parents were Maurice Roche and Mary Regan. I can't find a record of his birth. If anyone has information I would be grateful.
Emigration papers said he came from Castleisland. His death certificate said he was born in Limerick. I think he was born 1825 to 1830. A cousin's DNA matched with Brosna people. I haven't as yet had DNA checked.
