Larraine,

Probate abstract from the PRONI wills site:

The Will of Robert Neill late of Newtownards in the County of Down Stone Mason deceased who died 29 October 1859 at Newtownards aforesaid was proved at Belfast by the oaths of William Goudy of Ballycullen Farmer and Alexander Neill of Newtownards Shoemaker both in said County of Down the Executors.

The will itself is viewable on the PRONI site and mentions various properties he owned in Newtownards plus some adjacent land (just over 3 acres), plus 2 acres in Whitespots.. Also his sister Anne Neill, brother John and daughter Anne Jane are mentioned. One of his executors was Alexander Neil but his relationship to Robert is not clear.
