Robert Graham b 1864 mystery

Per FamilySearch.org, the Ireland Civil Registration Indexes 1845 - 1958 has a noted a birth for a Male Graham in 1864 on page 119, volume 16. ( Ballymena, County Antrim )

I'm looking for the birth record for my great-grandfather Robert Graham(es).  Per his marriage certificate, his father's name was George.  His birth year is supposedly 1864 and some deceased family members claimed his birth date was October 31, 1864.  So far, my research has shown only 1 Robert Graham born on October 31, 1864 in all of Ireland.  That Robert Graham died in 1866.

Thus, I'm trying to research all "Male Graham" records, starting with the one noted above.  Per an associated family tree owned by someone related to me, there was a George and Isabella Adams Graham in Ballymena around 1864.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There were a number of 'Robert Graham's' born in Ballymena to Robert, William etc Graham but I did not find one for George Graham. Are you sure of his parents ? Did he have any siblings?, do you know his fathers occupation or indeed Robert's occupation, who he married. Very many of the Graham family are listed as Merchants/Shopkeepers etc. Any further information would be helpful.

Birth of Elizabeth Graham to George and Isabella 1871. I believe there was a large number of Graham families, I have come across Samuel, John, David, Allin, Graham etc, most of them were Weavers or in the linen trade. If you are sure that George and Isabella are the parents then I will try to match up their records. I only came across one George as listed married to Isabella.  https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/files/civil/birth_returns/births_1871/03277/2200676.pdf

The will itself is on-line. It mentions his house “Victoria Place” in Harryville, Ballymena, his wife,  his daughter Isabella plus son George,
