Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Unfortunately, the RC records for Castlebar parish do not start until around 1840 so no baptismal records would exist for your family. This would also apply to your other message on the Hopkins family.
Feel free to add the emigration story of your Roche and Hopkins families to our XO Chronicles site and possibly someone will see a connection.
