Rev. William Webb Raymond

I'm seeking a person to do some research on my behalf on the Rev. William Webb Raymond 1827 - 1896, vicar, Ballyseedy, 1857 - 1869, Rector, Kilflyn, 1869 - 1881, in relation to his tutoring Lord Horatio Kitchener when he was a boy still living in, or near Tralee. Thanks.
