I located a few records on the subscription site Roots Ireland. I located an 1839 marriage record for John Phelan and Anty Sullivan. The parish was Ferrybank which appears to be a parish around Waterford city. I was unable to locate baptismal records for children. I looked for John Phelan baptismal reocrds and there were four in 1820 and many in other years around 1820. There were two possible Anastasia Sullivan records-one in 1819 and one in 1821
