Seeking possible marriage records of Patrick Doherty, born 11April 1884 registered in Buncrana. Father William Doherty, Mother Margaret McLaughlin.
1901 Census aged 18, farmers son, living at Ballymacarry, Buncrana, Donegal.
I911 Census he is listed as Francis P aged 27, Dock Laborer, Single. Address is 7 Scotland Street Smithfield, Belfast.
I am now at a dead end and hope someone could point me in a direction.

I have unsuccessfully checked for the record on Ancestry and RootsIreland using both names.

By 1911, I think Margaret had died, and the family was living together on Scotland Street. Pam is that correct?

A tree on Ancestry identifies Margaret died in 1891.
Margaret was only 38 when she died after the birth of her 8th child. Cause was exhaustion after a 24 hour difficult birth, Parturtian. William was present. No mention of child either on Margaret's death certificate or a death certificate of the child.

I assume this is the family in 1901. William identifies he is born in Donegal. Are you sure these are the same families?
