PATRICK FINN AND ELIZA CUNNINGHAM IN CASHEL, COUNTY TIPPERARY

I HAVE LEARNED PATRICK FINN (baptized aug 18,1799 in Cashel, Cashel & Emily Diocese) married ELIZA CUNNINGHAM (baptized Dec 1797 Killenaule, , Cashel & Emily Diocese) and were parents of:Richard Finn(1834) Patrick Finn (1837-1888) and Ellen Finn(1840) all baptized in Golden &Kilfeacle Parish, Cashel& Emly Diocese. I am unable to confirm sons James (1828) and Michael(1846) baptismal records nor the marriage documentation for Patrick and Eliza.

Eliza immigrated to NY, @1853 with sons Patrick (1837) and Michael( 1846) to join James who had built a log cabin in Martinsburg NY after his immigration in 1852. ,NY census records affirm the relationship as well as Eliza being a widow.

I am searching for the death records for Patrick (1799-) as well as his parents Patrick Finn(1770?) and Mary Horan (1770?) as I believe I have found brother Richard Finn ((1803-1875) his sister Bridget Finn (1805-1875 ) all staying in Ireland and noted lessors in the Valuation records of property in Ballengarry and Rooska Miles. and brother Thomas Finn(1806-immigrated to Canada)

I will be traveling with my children and grandchildren in June 2026 and staying at Lisheen Castle and would like to find town lands, churches, homesteads, graveyards, and any relatives currently residing in this area...or anyone with any knowledge that would help make our trip more meaningful.

Roger, Thank you so much. I am totally confused with navigating town lands, civil parishes, baronies, catholic parishes, diocese. When I review the records for baptisms and they mention residence, I was thinking that was the townland? Also they differ for the siblings so did the family move around?

Also, regarding Ellen Finn, I believe Patrick Finn 's 1837) sister, who married Thomas Dowd , and they settled in Thurles. I found the 1901 Ireland census address on #32 Quarry, Thurles Town for them And then in census 1911, #109 Thurles Urban District. While I found her catholic parish death register, I am unable to find any civil record of burial, etc.
