Murphy Family - Dublin
Looking for information on my grandparents Patrict Joseph Murphy and Ann (Powell) Murphy of Dublin. Date of birth uncertain but likely around 1900. Were residents of Crossfield, Palmerstown about 1928.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I located the marriage record on the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie

I was unable to locate Ann or Nancy Powell in the 1901 and 1911 censuses.

I think this is your Powell family on the 1901 census in Rathkeale, Co. Limerick. Annie Powell age 3, sister Beatrice age 6 months - suspect that's her as the 2nd witness to the marriage., father's name Edward Powell a Publican, mother Mary nee Keogh - based on births for Beatrice in 1900 and Annie/Anne in 1898.

Thank you so much for the response. I was not sure if I would be fortunate to receive a reply, let alone such a rewarding reply.

Cashel:
Civil records of birth on the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie stop in 1918 because of the 100 year rule to protect privacy. So we have no way to look up births after 1918.
