i am researching my family history and i believe my ancestors came/lived from Killukin.
see attached Irish Family history below which traces my family back to 1770 and John Mulvey.
i would be happy to talk to any existing Mulvey's still living in the area and hopefully make a visit at some point to meet any distant relations??

Hi Dion, your PDF is a great help. I'm trying to connect the John Mulvey line backwards from my great-grandfather's grave in Ardcarne Cemetery (see Attached). Were you successful in filling out the tree?

we might be cousins! John Mulvey is my great grandfather too. My grandmother was Linda, though my father was born out of wedlock and adopted by another family. Linda later married and became O’Dowd and had more children, though I’m not sure they know my branch exists, I’m in two minds about doing any more research because I don’t want to upset anyone.

Hello folks. Very sorry for the very late reply. Thanks for the grave information. I'm not very adapt with the web site. But I do have bits of information that I'm happy to share via my email dionmulvey@hotmail.co.uk I visited Roscommon in 2021 & found the local library in the town very helpful & found info about Mulveys renting land in the lord Montford volume books in the library. Still not sure which clan I really belong too!
