Griffiths Valuation for 1860 lists just 2 farms, Joseph McIver on plot 33. That was a 47 acre farm with 2 farm labourer’s cottages in addition to the farmhouse and outbuildings. Next door (and presumably related) was John McIvor with 13 acres. I see no other McIver households in the townland so presumably your family were living with one of those two households. The 2 farms today are up a dead end lane off the Roeglen Rd.
At the time of Griffiths Valuation there were about 45 farms in the townland with numerous labourers cottages. There was also a National School in the townland. Bracky is a rural agricultural area 1122 acres. In the 1901 census there were 52 houses with a total population of 213. 1 McIver household:

The Hugh McIvor in the census married Mary Jane Armstrong also of Bracky in 1900:

Hugh’s father was named John. The Valuation Revision records show the farm passing from John to Hugh in 1888 and then from Hugh to Edward in 1903.
Joseph McIvor of Bracky died 3.8.1884 aged 46. His daughter Maggie A. was the informant, and his wife was still alive.

The Valuation revision records show Joseph’s farm passing to Letitia in 1888 then to Margaret in 1898 and to Andy Armstrong in1902. Though it looks as though he was already there in 1901:

Letitia McIver (wife of Joseph) died 1895. Her daughter Margaret was the informant:

Jane McIvor, farmer’s widow, died 18.7.1879 aged 50. Informant was her son John. (John McIvor, widower, had married Jane Morrow on 17.1.1871. That marriage cert shows his father was Hugh.
Margaret Jane McIvor, daughter of John married William McFarland on 6.5.1890.
Sarah Jane McIvor, daughter of John, married John McFarland 12.7.1898. (Probably 2 sisters marrying 2 brothers. Quite common in farming circles).
