McElhinney's Derry

Looking for more information on the Children of Samuel McElhinney and Matilda McElhinney (Nee. Reilly)

Samuel died approx, 1899 and Matilda was listed with most of her children on Aubrey St in 1901 - her eldest Ann Jane McElhinney i assume had moved out

in 1911, it looks like Matilda McElhinney (Nee. Reilly) moved into her Daughter Matilda's house and was living with the family. Young Matilda married David Wray and they have 4 children listed on the census

But i am looking for marriage certificates of others of Matilda Reilly - like Mary for example.

As these are not on the 1911 census- they likely married and moved elsewhere, however without marriage certificates, it's a shot in the dark for her marriage name.

The family all stayed around Derry, and were on Foutainhill road, Aubrey st, and Nassau road, Alma Place - all early 1900's close knit area

appreciate help with this in advance

Hi Mary, thanks for replying

i do have this and they had from what i can tell, 11 children together - my partner is from one of those children but we don't know which - Mary McElhinney (1884) seems to be only in the 1901 census, no where else - and annie jane had 3 sons but really not sure how to find more info if they got married
