When was the marriage? If Anne and John married in Elphin between 1830 and 1864, a record may not be available. Any children baptized in Ireland?

The subscription site Roots Ireland has 14 John Feeley/Feely/Feehily baptismal records in Co. Roscommon from 1848-1858. The only one in Elphin parish is the record below. Anne was younger than John. The only record in Elphin is the 1860 reocrd below. Do you know the names of any of their parents?
