Dennis,
In case you don’t have it, Patrick’s probate abstract and will are on-line on the PRONI wills site. It mentions his 3 sons Thomas, Patrick & Daniel, as well as his wife Alice.
The Will of Patrick M'Bride late of Minigar County Tyrone Farmer who died 15 June 1868 at same place was proved at Londonderry by Thomas M'Guigan of Knocknahorn Dromore said County Farmer one of the Executors.
Patrick junior appears to have died in 1919. His will is not on-line yet but is in PRONI and might give you some leads on his children and their whereabouts:
Probate of the Will of Patrick McBride late of Minegar, Fintona, Co. Tyrone, Farmer who died 12 May 1919 granted at Londonderry 12 April 1921 to Brigid Lynch, Married Woman, the sister and James Lynch, Farmer. Effects: £241 10s 0d.
According to a tree on Ancestry, Rose emigrated to the US in 1893 and died there in 1924. She is in the 1900 census for Rochester NY.
Another tree on Ancestry has Alice Elizabeth McBride emigrating to the US. She married James Bernard Coll (1877 – 1942) and died in Napa Napa, California on 20.4.1961.
There’s a possible marriage of Thomas McBride to Annie Slevin of Lislane, on 15.2.1916 at Fivemiletown chapel. Thomas’s address was Dromore but his father’s name was Daniel, farmer. That might be your family. I can’t see any marriages for any of the other children who had not left for the US, up to 1921.
Alice McBride, daughter of Patrick McBride of Minnegar, married Daniel Forde on 9.1.1912 at Dromore chapel:

I searched the modern phone book for McBride plus Meenagar Rd postcode BT78 but did not get any hits. However so many people aren’t listed these days that isn’t conclusive.
The lack of marriages for the siblings whose whereabouts you are interested in suggests to me that many may have left Ireland, for work. Scotland and England are two obvious destinations. You could trawl the censuses for 1891, 1901 & 1911 in both countries to see if you can identify any of them. McBride is a common name though and you are likely to get quite a few possibles.
