I am trying to find more informaiton on my possible G,G,G grandmother who died in the Lunatic Asylum at Letterkenny, on 31 August 1878. Her name is Anne Timmoy. Age 50 Are there any records of the patients who were there?

From this article https://www.donegaldaily.com/2019/07/02/invaluable-records-from-donegal-workhouses-now-available-online/ it would appear that if you subscribe to FindMyPast, you should be able to access records from the workhouses of Donegal and lunatic asylums were part of the workhouse structure. I guess I would check first before signing up for FindMyPast.
