Looking for Info. on Malone Family of Kiliccun, Westmeath 1500-1700

We have run into a roadblock with our ancestry research. We are trying to learn whether any of four successive generations of great grandfathers were involved in the resistance to the policies of Henry VIII, Elizabeth I, and Cromwell in Ireland across the 1500's and 1600's. We are looking for their life stories essentially, because the last two left abruptly for America in 1655. Please contact me for details. Thanks
