Looking for the marriage of Patrick Mahony & Margaret Gleeson – Castleconnell, Limerick

I’m trying to find the marriage record of:

Patrick Mahony

Born about 1829, County Limerick, Ireland

and

Margaret Gleeson

Born about 1838, place currently unknown.

They were living in the Castleconnell, County Limerick area, and I have identified four children belonging to the couple, all born/baptised in Castleconnell:

• Jane Mahony – about 1857
• Mary Mahony – 1859
• Catherine Mahony – 1862
• Patrick Mahony – 1865

The earliest child I have found is Jane, about 1857, so I believe Patrick and Margaret were probably married before 1857, possibly in the Castleconnell area or elsewhere in County Limerick.

The problem is that I have not yet been able to locate their marriage.

I’m hoping someone with knowledge of Castleconnell, County Limerick, or access to local records may be able to help identify where this marriage took place or find the record.

I’m particularly interested in any surviving Catholic parish records, transcripts, or other local sources that might help establish the marriage.

The main question is simply: where and when did Patrick Mahony and Margaret Gleeson marry?

Any help, suggestions, or information would be greatly appreciated.
