The address shown on this birth cert is Murrough , County Wicklow. It is a coastal area between Wicklow town and Greystones, County Wicklow. It is a wetlands and area of natural beauty. Can you confirm the parents of Thomas as above ie Thomas Phillips and Mary Ann Blackman. There is no exact address as in that time people lived in small dwellings/cottages and were identified by where they lived locally or family name. The site you can check on is https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/  this is a free government site.

Death of MaryAnn  Phillips in 1909, this may be the wife of Thomas. I note a Michael Dixon (son in law is presenr)  refer to marriage document that follows.
