We are planning a trip to Ireland this winter and would like to see the homes of our families. How to I find an exact address? Specifically looking for the home of William and Mary Ann McCallion.
The 1901 census says Bellagherty Salterrtown Londonderry but not an exact address. Thanks for any help.
Michelle:
Belagherty is in Ballinderry civil parish. There were over 30 households in the townland in 1901 and 25 in 1911. Looking at the B1 forms, it is clear that the McCallion house was the largest in the townland so possibly the structure is still standing.
I will let our Northern Ireland volunteer, Elwyn, assist with the address.

Thank you very much!
Elwyn,
When I researched a little further for the address, I noticed that on the census form it says Bellagerty road and house number 27. Does this mean that is the actual address - I couldn't find that address on google earth but maybe they have renumbered the street? Thanks
