Looking for Bridget (Dunning) Fallon of Athlone

We are arriving in Dublin on April 2, driving to Galway the first day, stopping in Athlone. My 3rd great grandmother was born and died there, so I assume that she is buried there too. Is there a way to find out where, exactly she’s buried? I’ve already tried FindaGrave.com and Ancestry, with no luck. Is there someone I can contact locally for information? If so, who would that be? (Occupation or even better a name.) Thanks so much for any help!

Edit: her name was Bridget (Brigidae) Fallon (maiden name Dunning). She was born in 1790, died on March 1, 1865. Born and died in Athlone. Married to John Fallon (1797-May 5, 1860). I don’t have any info on her parents, but she had three daughters (Eliza, Margarita and Eleanora-my 2nd great grandmother.)

Cindy:

Two parishes in Athlone. St. Mary's and St. Peter's. Here is a Facebook page for St. Mary's  https://www.facebook.com/St-Mary-of-the-Angels-Catholic-Church-Athlone-…; and a web site for St. Peter's. There is likely no marker/headstone for someone who died in 1865 unless a subsequent generation erected a modern marker.
