Loking for family of Edward J Donnellan, b 1904 Clarinbridge/Kilcolgan, Galway

Here's the transcription of a baptism found on rootsireland.ie. This Edward was born in 1905. Glentaun townland was not particularly close to Clarinbridge/Kilgolgan.

Do you have details of his parents?  Tuam is about 40km from Clarinbridge

Marriage cert for a Bernard Hughes and Lucy (Louisa ?) Ward in Athlone  1907. I noticed they were married 4 years on the 1911 census

The birth date of 6 Feb. of the 1904 Edward born in Tuam matches that on the WWII draft registration form shown below:

If the details are correct as at Patricia above, ie Edward 06/02/1904, I came across this marriage record for a James Donelan and Maggie Tulley (Tully ?)  1898, of interest is that Maggie (Margaret/Mary) appears to be from Gortnagoine which is the address shown on Edward's birth record.

 All these births were registered in the Dunmore area of Tuam County Galway.

Birth of a Michael to a James and Mary (Tierney /or Tully  ?)  (Gortnagoine/or Gortnalea ?  Wondering if these are different families but will keep checking.

Marriage cert for James and Mary Tierney,   04/04/1895   so yes another family   from the same area.

Birth of James 1902 to James and Mary  , (If Edward 06/02/1904 is correct then this is his sibling. I hope MegMS can work out which documents apply. It appears that an extended family of Donelans lived in the Dunmore area.

I have to say this is the THIRD time I am typing my response-- the 1st lost because I hadn't logged in; the second lost because the "I'm not a robot" just keep spinning, and I DID select and copy my response but it was lost.

I have looked into the one with Harriett Bradbury as mother, but I couldn't prove it.

I have investigated the Gortnagoyne one tho 'my' Edward was consistent in stating his birthday as November 5, 1904 and his birthplace as Clarinbridge, tho on one document he said Kilcolgan.

I have investigated Lucy/Louisa Hughes but cannot determine how she would be his aunt.

I also have a match descended from Ann Mary Donnellan and Patrick Lally, b Clarinbridge 1830, m 1859, imm 1877 to Australia (https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/37334627?searchTerm=%22Patrick%20Lally%22).  This one also matches descendants of the Edward in question.  We are all 3rd cousins or 3rd, once removed.  My hypothesis is that Ann Mary, Edward's gf and my gg-gf Thomas Donlin are siblings.  I've made trees for Donnellan/Lally and for Edward, but they are private as they are speculative.  My public tree is https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/9213074/person/362133163991/facts where you'll find Thomas Donlin.  If you'd like to see the private trees, I can send you a private message.
