Location listed on 1864 Civil Birth Registration - Geglum, Inishmagrath, Leitrim

Hello - can anyone identify "Geglum, Inishmagrath" - I am unable to find this townland in County Leitrim.  This is the birthplace listed on the 1864 CBR for Honour McGowan, daughter of John and Catherine (Dolan) McGowan.

Thank you
