I will be visiting Limavady on Sept. 11 and am trying to arrange a private tour of the Workhouse. No one has responded yet to the email listed on their website. Has anyone here had luck arranging a tour?

I do know someone who has been round the workhouse but it had to be specially arranged. They don’t often do tours and I think it all depends on whether the historian is available.
Causeway Coast & Glen Branch of the NIFHS have transcribed Limavady workhouse death records from the Master’s Journal for the years 1843 to about 1866. They are on their website.
