Learhinan - Anglim Family of County Clare

Hi,

I am looking for information on my great-great-grandmother, Mary Learhinan. I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling - could also be Leahinan/Lenahan etc. Apparently she was born between 1838-1844 in Kilmihil, Co Clare. Her parents were James Learhinan? and Honora Anglim. She had a younger brother, Darby (born c1844), although the name on his death certificate in 1886 in NSW was Jeremiah.

I think she arrived in Sydney, Australia in 1864 aboard 'Sir Robert Sale' & her name may have been written as Learnan. In 1867 she was the depositor for some assisted immigrants aboard the 'Sir Robert Sale' ie Darby Learhinan, Margaret Anglim & Honora Sexton.

She married Jens 'John' Henningsen 30 April 1879 at Balmain, NSW. They had one son, James John Henningsen (born 1880).

I think Honora's parents were John Anglim & Mary McDonald.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cathryn
