Kellys, Shanahans, Carrolls, & Dolans

The subscription site Roots Ireland has an October 27 1867 baptismal record for a John Carroll with parents Thomas Carroll and Mary Dolan. They lived in Milltown. The RC parish of Termonfeckin is two parishes south of Togher so I'm not sure this record is for your Carroll/Dolan couple.

On the subscription site FindMyPast.ie  I located a May 4 1861 marriage between a Petrus Shannahan and an Ellena Keane.  The parish was Ballybricken (Trinity Without) in Waterford City.

Found a Ricardus Shanahan baptismal record at Ballybricken September 14 1862 parents Petrus Shanahan and Ellena Kane/Keane.

Civil registration of births started in 1864. 

I located a September 8 1864 civil birth record for a Mary Shanahan with parents Peter Shanahan and mother Ellen Keane  See ninth record https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/files/civil/birth_returns/births_1864/03603/2329072.pdf

I found another record for a Catherine Shanahan in 1869. If this is the correct family, your Catherine was born in 1869 not 1874. See eighth record
