On Ancestry, I have found Andrew who died during the Civil War. The trees associated with him suggest his parents are Matthew Keegan and Bridget Gallagher. The trees list several brothers but no sisters. I found on RootsIreland (paid subscription) a record for a Lucy Keegan born March 2, 1826 in Multyfarnham, Westmeath. Her parents were Matthew Keegan and Bridget Gallagher.
Note Ancestry trees aren't always accurate.
