Kearns/Dennison from Ballymote left 1840s

Clair: The RC baptismal records for Emlaghfad parish start in 1856 but the marriage records start in 1824. I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and located a January 17 1848 marriage at Emlaghfad for a Martin Kearins and a Bridget Denison. Possible connection?
